Please note:
- Room capacities are general estimates and can change according to the desired layout of your event.
- A Special Events Director would be happy to go over ideas and layout options specifically for your event.
- Prices cannot be combined or used with other promotional offers.
- Price adjustments will not be applied to events already booked.
- Standard Setup, Tear Down, Tables, Chairs, and Black Linens are included in all single room rentals.
- A $50 fee may be charged for more complex setups or transitions.
- Security fees may apply.
- Deposits and cleaning fees will be required.
- Prices are subject to change, but are confirmed on events on which deposits have been made.
- A final guarantee of guest count is due 72 hours prior to the date of the event. Charges will be based wholly and 100% on that final number.
- Payment in full is due upon contract signing to confirm and reserve the date.
Should you choose to cancel the event, please see contract for cancellation policy. Payment can be accepted via cash or credit card.

The Patio

Connecting the Veranda suite to the rest of the venue, the patio offers guests a place to enjoy Arizona's weather and a view of Arrowhead's Center and the surrounding mountains. Also a great space to enjoy a drink with a few colleagues during a large corporate event or to get some fresh air above the city streets.
